Our home is designed for a comfortable and easy stay: - Bedrooms: Settle into a stylish master bedroom or delight your kids with the magical, character-themed bunk room. - Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and our special Disney-themed coffee station is ready to add a little extra magic to your mornings. - Family-Friendly: We make travel easier for families by providing a crib and stroller. - Game Area: For some extra fun, the garage features a foosball table for a little friendly competition.

• The pool is enjoyed at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. • Pool heat and BBQ grill access are available as optional add-ons and can be purchased through your guest portal prior to or during your stay. • Please note that the backyard is not fully fenced. However, the pool deck is fully enclosed with a screened lanai, providing a private outdoor space to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. • The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay. • Starter supplies are provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, and a small selection of toiletries. Guests staying for longer visits may wish to purchase additional supplies. • We kindly ask guests to treat our home with the same care and respect they would their own so every guest can enjoy an exceptional stay.

To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe the following: • Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home. • Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. • Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • The number of guests staying at the property should not exceed the number listed on the reservation. • Pets are only permitted with prior approval and applicable fees. • If anything is damaged or requires attention during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist. • Pool use is at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times. • Recycling pickup is on Wednesday and garbage pickup is on Thursday. If your stay includes these days, we would greatly appreciate your help placing the bins at the curb the evening before pickup and returning them beside the garage door afterward. • Most importantly, please enjoy your stay and treat the home with the same care you would your own. We loved everything! My kids loved the rooms and the pool! My son scrapped his finger in the pool. Maybe you have a first aid kit but I didn’t find one… only thing I would recommend. :)
